Tap&Save Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Tap&Save processes shipments, applies shipping fees, and allocates responsibility once orders are forwarded to courier partners.


1. Shipping Method

Tap&Save ships orders nationwide through accredited courier partners. Courier selection may vary depending on operational requirements.


2. Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of PHP 130 per package nationwide applies to all standard shipments, unless otherwise expressly stated and confirmed in writing.

All shipping fees are shouldered by the Customer.


3. Dispatch Conditions

Orders are released to the courier only after all of the following conditions are met:

  • Required payment is completed and verified

  • Design approval is completed (for custom orders)

  • Internal packing and documentation checks are completed


4. Risk Transfer and Liability

Once an order has been forwarded to the courier, Tap&Save no longer retains custody or control of the item.

All risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers to the Customer upon courier handoff.

Any loss, damage, or delay occurring during transit is attributable to courier handling and operations and is not caused by Tap&Save.


5. Courier Loss or Damage Assistance

In the event of courier-related loss or damage, Tap&Save may assist the Customer by:

  • Verifying shipment and dispatch records

  • Coordinating with the courier for investigation

  • Supporting resolution where applicable

Such assistance does not constitute an admission of fault or liability on the part of Tap&Save.


6. Pickup Option

In-person pickup is available only for approved rush orders and strictly by scheduled appointment at the following locations:

  • Mambugan, Antipolo City

  • San Antonio, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Unscheduled walk-ins will not be accommodated.
