Tap&Save Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all products, services, and transactions provided by Tap&Save. By placing an order, submitting information, making payment, or using any Tap&Save product or service, the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.


1. Scope of Services

Tap&Save provides NFC-enabled digital cards and related services, which may include product customization, design processing, production, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.

Tap&Save reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any product or service offering based on operational, technical, or commercial requirements.


2. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

  • Submitting complete, accurate, and up-to-date information

  • Carefully reviewing and approving all designs prior to production

  • Ensuring timely and complete payment based on the agreed order terms

  • Using Tap&Save products only within their intended and supported use cases

Tap&Save shall not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided or approved by the Customer.


3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to Tap&Save’s acceptance and internal verification.

Payment, whether full or partial (deposit), is required before any design, production, or fulfillment activity begins. Tap&Save reserves the right to place orders on hold, delay processing, or cancel orders that do not meet payment or information requirements.


4. Design Approval and Production Authority

For customized products, production shall commence only after formal design approval by the Customer.

Approved designs are treated as final production instructions. Tap&Save shall execute production strictly based on the approved design and shall not be liable for errors that were present in Customer-approved materials.


5. Intellectual Property

All Tap&Save branding, trademarks, templates, systems, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Tap&Save, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

The Customer retains ownership of Customer-provided content, provided that such content does not infringe on third-party rights.


6. Service Limitations and Third-Party Dependencies

Tap&Save products rely on third-party technologies, platforms, devices, and courier services. Tap&Save does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability or universal device compatibility.

Tap&Save shall not be liable for issues arising from third-party platforms, device limitations, system updates, courier delays, or external service interruptions.


7. After-Sales Support

After-sales concerns, including replacements, returns, and refunds, are governed by Tap&Save’s published Return and Refund Policy. Said policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.


8. Events Beyond Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

Tap&Save shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, power outages, system failures, supplier disruptions, courier interruptions, or government actions.


9. Amendments to Terms of Service

Tap&Save reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued purchase or use of Tap&Save products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
